The content involves three main points: approve plans for emulation and commendation; discuss rules and criteria for grading; agree with contents and sign agreement among members of Thang Long Enterprise Emulation Cluster.

Thang Long Enterprise Emulation Cluster includes 09 sub-units: Hanoi Import and Export Joint Stock Company (GELEXIMCO), Enterprise Finance and Development Joint Stock Company FBS, Technology Group Joint Stock Company CMC, Investment Joint Stock Company CEO, Thang Long Construction Corporation, Vietnam Education Publishing House, Gami Group Joint Stock Company, Euro Window Joint Stock Company and Thanh Nam Investment & Construction Company. These 9 sub-units have their headquarters in Hanoi and have almost the same operation conditions, actively carrying out the emulation movements of the city, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution issued by the city and each unit.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Duy Khanh – Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Head of Hanoi Emulation and Commendation Department have highlighted orientations and mentioned some new resolutions that the Cluster should implement in 2013. He also expressed his hope that members of the Cluster would continue to perform effectively Resolution No. 13/NQ-CP of the Government in order to remove difficulties for enterprises and market support and business promotion.

On behalf of the Cluster Head, Mr. Luu Duc Quang – Deputy General Director of CEO Group, also emphasized that the meeting played an important role in showing solidarity and consensus among Cluster’s members, and showing the continuation and promotion of good traditions, accomplishments and results achieved in the last years of the Cluster.
 With the highest determination to overcome all difficulties and challenges, members of the Cluster pledged to fulfill the emulation contents, contributing to excellent implementation of economic and social goals of Hanoi City in 2013.
