CEO Group – Standing on the giants’ shoulders

The fastest way that CEO Group has chosen to create international quality products is to combine perfectly brainpower and available abundant resources with the quintessential foreign knowledge source.

Chairman of CEO Group Doan Van Binh is capable of investing in large real-estate projects but he thinks there is no faster way to make a break-through and create products satisfying demands of customers other than “standing on the giants’ shoulders”. Therefore, CEO Group searched for and collaborated with world-leading design and operating partners to develop resort chain projects in Phu Quoc island and Van Don island.

Japan quality
Chairman Doan Van Binh had a long time working and cooperating with many Japanese corporations in Vietnam. He founded Japan House with the purpose to connect enterprises of the two countries. As a further matter, Japan is CEO Group’s largest importing market of human resources and trainees, which is one of the Group’s business pillars. Perhaps, because of this good-will relation, CEO Group has chosen to team up with Japanese best consultants such as Kume Sekkei, Nihon Sekkei for planning and designing its resort projects.
The fondness of Japan is just a small part. More important, “Japan quality” has been renowned and recognized all over the world and it is the goal that CEO Group designates for its real-estate projects.

“Japan quality” has become the trademark of CEO Group’s products.
Japanese embrace aesthetics while ensure maximum utility in each of their designs and simultaneously put people’s safety and business performance as their priorities. This spirit has been realized unquestionably in CEO Group’s projects: Novotel Phu Quoc Resort, Novotel Villas and Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc.

Under the talented hands of Japanese architects, Novotel Phu Quoc resort was built into a modern, spectacular resort but still imbued with local culture characteristics. The place is like a poetic coastal fishing village. Every little detail is taken care of in order to bring convenience, comfort and unforgettable experience to customers.

Being the first Novotel branded resort in Vietnam, Novotel Phu Quoc Resort has become a model project for many investors in Southeast Asia to admire and learn from.

With Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc, CEO Group also cooperated with leading partners from all over the world
As for Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc, Kume Sekkei’s architects was inspired by Phu Quoc’s famous pearl farming to turn this resort into a “gorgeous pearl” shining radiantly in the breathtaking Long Beach. Each detail of project is embedded to the luxurious and mysterious characteristic of the pearl. For instance, the apartment block is like an opening giant mollusk, in which each apartment is a pearl, each villa is a great precious gem. And hidden inside each pearl is the classy interiors designed in the Nu Indochina style, a very indigenous kind of beauty.
The ultimate Japan quality is also reflected in the facility system gratifying all the customers’ needs. For example: the unique long pool, the largest karaoke center in Phu Quoc or the sky bar located on the top of the building so that when the sun goes down, guests can sit there to witness the most mesmerizing sunset in Vietnam.

However, designing is not enough. To make those perfect designs come true is also very important. CEO Group has collaborated with leading contractors in Vietnam: Coteccons and Hoa Binh Corporation to meet both construction progress and construction quality and to realize their dream.

Matching class
The solid part is important for sure, but the soul is just as essential. Therefore, to provide the best experience for customers and by that improving the business charisma and efficiency, CEO Group has decided to cooperate with Accor and Best Western. These are the two world-leading hotel management groups. Accor is currently managing 4,100 hotels worldwide meanwhile Best Western is one of the top 10 hotel groups in the world – managing 4,200 hotels globally.
The prestige, experience and global customer network of these two corporations are significant factors to attract high-spending international visitors to Novotel Phu Quoc Resort and Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc. Moreover, under the management of these great names, operating costs are also strictly controlled in order to optimize the exploitation of resort chain.

CEO Group always concerns about optimizing resort chain in order to benefit customers
And just as important, these corporations are very strict in maintaining quality of facilities and services globally. Owing to that, the resort will always be in the best condition. Once the business is blooming, well-maintained and tied to international brands, real-estate cost will be very high-priced.

It is interesting that CEO Group is very sophisticated in choosing proper partners to enhance business efficiency for each project. With Novotel Phu Quoc Resort and Novotel Villas, Accor was selected because this France-based brand is particularly attractive toward Europeans. And Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc is embedded to Best Western – an American management group, which can help diversify customer base and also draw in and meet demand of tourists travelling in family or group.

But it is not simple for these foreign corporations to work side by side with CEO Group. The standards they offer are stringent and to have the opportunities of working with European partners, America, CEO Group also must be selected by the "giants”. In addition to the strategy of developing sustainably, enhancing financial potential and ability to implement projects, CEO Group was very careful from market research, planning, design to project construction, perfect to each detail.

“With these factors, Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc will certainly be a successful business" said Carolina Fagnani, Best Western Regional Director for Business Development – Assia, at the launching ceremony of the project in Hanoi last 30 July.
