CEO Group successfully organized the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

According to information announced by CEO Group, in 2023, the total consolidated revenue of CEO Group reached 1,439 billion VND; profit after tax reached 121.2 billion VND. In the same year, CEO Group successfully issued shares to increase charter capital to 5,146 billion VND, with a capitalization value of over 11,000 billion VND. Besides, the jobs and income of CEO Group’s staff-members are guaranteed.

These are great efforts of CEO Group’s leadership and staff-members in the context the world economy in general and the Vietnamese economy in particular faced many difficulties due to many factors in 2023.

In 2024, CEO Group targets the year’s total consolidated revenue to reach 2,100 billion VND, consolidated after-tax profit to reach 150 billion VND, and expected dividend rate of 5-10%. This plan was unanimously approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

According to the plan, in 2024, CEO Group focuses on developing key projects, including Sonasea Van Don Harbor City (Quang Ninh), CEOHOMES Hana Garden (Hanoi) and CEOHOMES Sonasea Residences (Kien Giang). In addition, CEO Group is promoting dozens of urban area projects with mixed-service functions and industrial parks in big cities and potential provinces across the country in order to increase means of production and business for many years.

In 2024, CEO Group also plans to cooperate with Japanese partners to establish a nursing training center in Vietnam in order to train human resources to supply the Japanese market as well as the Group’s own nursing home chain in the future.

The AGM approved the dividend payment plan in shares to existing shareholders with the rate of 5% (Shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 05 new shares).

Regarding personnel, the AGM also unanimously approved the dismissal of Mr. Hoang Thiet Hung as an independent member of the Board of Management and elected Mr. Nguyen Van Dong as an independent member of the Board of Management for the 2022-2027 term.
