VNREA expands international cooperation with China Real Estate Association
The event was co-organized by the China Real Estate Association (CREA) and the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI), within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the two organizations. The forum was attended by government officials, developers, investors and the real estate and construction communities of China, Mexico and the United States.
On May 23, at CREA’s headquarters, within the framework of the event, Mr. Doan Van Binh introduced the Vietnam Real Estate Association, the country of Vietnam as well as the potential and investment opportunities in the real estate sector to international investors.

Also at the meeting, Mr. Jun Feng, President of the China Real Estate Association, introduced the China’s economy in general and the China’s real estate market in particular. CREA’s leaders proposed and expected that in the coming time, CREA, VNREA and AMPI will have practical cooperation on information Besides, the Vice President of VNREA also had a meeting with the leaders of the Beijing Institute of Architecture and Design (BIAD), visited a school construction site using precast technology and connected with the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals.
Currently, VNREA is also implementing a scientific research on “Creating Market for Affordable Commercial Housing Market: International Experience and Policy Proposals for Vietnam”. The Association’s leaders expect that the policies of China, which has similar institutions to Vietnam, will be useful references for this scientific research./.
