The project, invested by CEO Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company (CEO IP) – a member of the CEO Group – covers nearly 200 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 2,800 billion. This is one of the first industrial park projects to be implemented within the Hai Phong Free Trade Zone – the first and most comprehensive free trade zone model in Northern Vietnam.

With this project, CEO Group officially expands significantly into the industrial park sector; creating new growth momentum alongside its core Real Estate – Construction – Services pillars; and contributing to enhancing Hai Phong’s position on the map for attracting high-quality FDI.

The signing ceremony for the credit financing agreement between CEO Group and Agribank marks a new chapter in the strong cooperation between the two parties, aiming to develop the Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park – Zone B in a modern and integrated manner, contributing positively to the formation and development of the urban-service-logistics ecosystem of the port city in the future.
