Over the past 2 years, Dr. Binh Doan Van spent time traveling to hundreds of countries and territories to learn about the post-Covid-19 world situation and learn from the experiences of international friends in order to orient the development of CEO Group’s business fields and projects.

After the journeys, with the desire to share the information and knowledge gained to the community, Dr. Lawyer Binh Doan Van wrote the book “The World in My Eyes” to record his experiences and feelings about the lands through the perspective of a businessman operating in the real estate and tourism sectors. The book was jointly produced by the author and Alpha Books Joint Stock Company (Alphabooks).

Sharing at the launch ceremony, Author Binh Doan Van said that trips will help people better understand the world and the differences in each country and region. Personally, he also feels love and appreciation for life in Vietnam after his trips. In addition to analyzing and providing perspectives on the relationship between tourism and real estate in about 50 countries and territories, the book “The World in My Eyes” also has many interesting summary articles, such as the article “10 ‘happy’ things in Vietnam”.

The author also revealed that, due to the limited scope, the book “The World in My Eyes” only mentions some certain countries. He hopes the book will be well received by readers and he will have the opportunity to introduce more books on tourism topics to the public in the future.

Author Binh Doan Van and benefactors donated 300 million VND to the “Ngay Mai Tuoi Sang” Fund

At the book launching ceremony, author Binh Doan Van said that all income from publishing the book, after deducting tax obligations and fees according to the law, will be donated to the “Ngay Mai Tuoi Sang” Fund, a non-profit fund specializing in supporting cancer patients from 2012 to present.

Within the framework of the program, the initial income from publishing the book “The World in My Eyes”, plus the amount of money donated by the author personally and by the benefactors, who are the author’s family-members, friends and CEO Group’s staff-members, Author Binh Doan Van represented and donated 300 million VND to the “Ngay Mai Tuoi Sang” Fund.  

On behalf of the fund, Ms. Pham Diem Hao, Standing Deputy Chief of Office of the “Ngay Mai Tuoi Sang” Fund, sent thanks to Author Binh Doan Van and the benefactors present at the event for their compassionate and practical actions. Ms. Hao said that in recent years, the “Ngay Mai Tuoi Sang” Fund has contributed to supporting more than 35,000 cancer patients in difficult circumstances, including many pediatric patients. The contributions of Author Binh Doan Van in particular as well as benefactors in general, are of great significance, helping the fund to support more and more patients.

After the event, the income after taxes and fees from publishing the book will be transferred by Author Binh Doan Van to the “Ngay Mai Tuoi Sang” Fund to continue its mission of supporting cancer patients in difficult circumstances.
