Lately, in order to manifest the investment strategy for the countrywide resort chain, CEO Group worked with People’s Committee of Quang Ninh and their partners to promote M&A for Bai Tu Long ecotourism project in Van Don district – Quang Ninh. The project will soon be deployed to take advantages of the SEZ’s mechanism, contributing to the promotion and exploitation of Van Don’s tourism potential.
 
The project covers 100 ha of a very prime location – Cai Rong island (the main island of Van Don district) and will be invested by CEO Group to become a world-class resort complex with diverse resort products that are suitable to the market demand, promised to be a new appealing tourism spot on the map of North Vietnam.
Holding in high regard the advantages of tourism and its mechanism to attract investors of Quang Ninh province, especially the SEZ mechanism in the near future, CEO Group chose Van Don to be the next strategic location in their roadmap of resort chain investment and development in Vietnam. CEO Group shows their desire to make tourism become a key economic sector following the government’s orientation.
Van Don island district of Quang Ninh province not only has strength in marine economy and mining but also great tourism potential. It has been known as one of the oldest trading port with a long history of nearly 800 years. Situated on Bai Tu Long bay with natural, lyrical and poetic beauty, Van Don island is granted all the wonderful favors from the mother nature.

Many important infrastructure projects have been invested in Quang Ninh, including Quang Ninh international airport which is expected to operate in early 2018; the high class tourism complex including casino with area of 2,500 ha; Ha Long – Hai Phong highway; Ha Long – Van Don highway; Bach Dang bridge, Bac Luan bridge, Van Don – Mong Cai highway, etc. These are the drivers for Van Don SEZ to serve the goal of developing luxurious tourism services.
After the Pearl island (Phu Quoc island), Van Don will be the next hallmark of CEO Group in the resort chain market when they implement Bai Tu Long ecotourism project.
