Aiming to become one of the leading economic groups in Vietnam, CEO Group has identified three core business sectors: Real Estate, Construction, and Services. To meet the requirements of sustainable development strategy and optimize resources, CEO Group has decided to restructure tourism activities, training and human resource supply in the Service sector. Specifically, the Group has transferred all shares in CEO Tourism Joint Stock Company to CEO Hospitality Company Limited – a subsidiary 100% owned by CEO Group; transferred all capital in CEO Service Development Joint Stock Company and Dai Viet College; focused on developing preschool and general education levels included in the planning of the Group’s urban projects. This is a basic educational service, necessary for the completion of the Group’s mixed-use urban ecosystem nationwide.
