Closing 2024: Ready for the Shining Era

The 2024 Year-end Review and 2025 Plan Implementation Event was an opportunity for the Board of Directors and all staff to look back on the proud achievements in 2024. Mr. Cao Van Kien, General Director, shared outstanding results, from completing the plan set by the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 to important restructuring activities, helping CEO Group firmly overcome challenges.

One of the special contents of the ceremony was the training session by Chairman Doan Van Binh, with the theme: “New Era – The Era of the Vietnamese Nation’s Rise and the New Era of CEO Group”. The Chairman aroused the spirit of innovation, pioneering and sense of responsibility of each individual in the CEO family. Through strategic perspectives and inspirational stories, Chairman Doan Van Binh emphasized the role of each individual in building CEO Group to become a symbol of sustainable development, contributing to the country’s rise in the new era. 

At the Ceremony, the Board of Directors also announced the 2025 plan with a focus on optimizing resources, sustainable development and inspiring innovation in the entire team. The Board of Directors officially handed over the 2025 plan to the subsidiaries and departments in a solemn atmosphere, demonstrating the spirit of determination and consensus towards conquering greater goals in 2025. 

Year-End Party: Shine with “Shining Era 2025” 

In the evening of the same day, the Year-End Party program with the theme “Shining Era 2025” took place in a vibrant atmosphere, bringing moments of connection and emotion. This was an opportunity for CEO Group to express gratitude for the continuous efforts of subsidiaries, departments and staff-members, as well as promote motivation for a promising new journey.

In addition, the elaborately staged art performances made the party atmosphere more explosive and impressive. In particular, the lucky draw program with a total prize value of more than 200 million VND brought many interesting surprises.

The two events on December 27, 2024 closed a year full of pride and strong cohesion. At the same time, it was also CEO Group’s affirmation of its determination to innovate, create and develop sustainably in 2025 – the era of new successes and breakthroughs./.
