Dr. Lawyer Doan Van Binh worked online with the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA)
At the meeting, the leaders of both sides introduced more clearly about the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) as well as the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA) and discussed future cooperation opportunities between the two associations.
It is known that the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) was established in 1999, is the worldwide representative voice of the real estate sector in Europe and is a non-profit association registered in Belgium. EPRA includes European listed real estate companies, real estate companies, developers, REITS, academia, consultants, suppliers…

Mr. Doan Van Binh worked online with EPRA
With over 290 members, covering the entire listed real estate sector (companies, investors and their stakeholders), EPRA has represented 187 listed companies and REITS with over 840 billion EUR of real estate asset value and 95% of market capitalization of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe Index.
Recently, as a representative, EPRA has strongly promoted and developed the listed real estate sector in Europe through providing useful information to investors and related parties, participating actively in public discussion, thereby promoting good practices and linkages as well as strengthening the real estate sector.
In addition, EPRA also coordinates with FTSE and NAREIT (the leading global listed real estate index provider) to carry out activities relating to ownership, business and income-generating real estate development.
On that basis, investors can monitor the European market in particular based on EPRA’s expertise and professionalism. This allows them to compare their portfolio returns. With about 500 global stock codes, EPRA represents more than 3 trillion EUR in assets worldwide./.
