Starting construction on 30/04/2022, Wyndham Garden Sonasea Van Don hotel is located in the subdivision of the same name with a hotel and 182 resort villas. The villas have been completed and handed over to their owners in December 2022.

The hotel has 13 floors and 1 basement with 200 five-star standard rooms. Putting into operation, it will be one of the most high-class resorts with an pioneering international brand in Van Don.
